Commercial / Large Property Mowing
Larger open properties, office lawns, apartment complexes, and commercial turf are priced based on mowable square footage, trim time, and site complexity. Commercial properties are quoted individually for accuracy.
Minimum weekly service: $45
Lawn Complexity Add-On
Some lawns require additional time due to layout or obstacles. Common conditions include fencing, steep slopes, tight gates, extensive landscaping beds, awkward layout or obstacles, and heavy trimming requirements.

Bed Preparation
Some mulch projects require weeding, bed cleanup, hand-edging, and debris removal. Bed prep is quoted separately so clients only pay for the specific preparation they need to keep projects affordable.
Slit Seeding
Best for improved seed-to-soil contact and stronger germination.
New Lawn Installation
Typical projects start around $900+ and are quoted individually based on soil preparation requirements, grading needs, fertilizer, seed quantity, and straw or erosion control usage.
Optional Watering Setup
We offer temporary sprinkler and hose setup as a premium option to make consistent watering during critical germination periods much easier for homeowners.
Germination Follow-Up
All seeding services include a follow-up check-in or visit to monitor germination progress and review any necessary next steps for long-term health.

Plant Sourcing & Delivery
Plants may be supplied by the client or sourced by CT Seasonal and included in the project proposal. Plant cost can be built directly into the proposal for convenience.
Landscape Design / Bed Layout
We can provide a simple planting layout or bed map for bed refreshes, front entry improvements, foundation planting plans, and phased projects. Design work may be quoted separately and credited toward the project if the installation moves forward.
