A: Yes. CT Seasonal Services is fully insured for all residential and commercial work that we advertise.
Q: How do I request a quote?
A: You can use the “Request Quote” button at the top of the website or any of the "Book Service" buttons where our services are showcased. Uploading photos of your property helps us provide faster and more accurate estimates.
Q: Do you require contracts?
A: Most large projects and seasonal services are set up as service agreements. One-time services do not require long-term contracts.
🌿 Lawn & Landscaping
Q: How often should my lawn be mowed?
A: Most properties are maintained on a weekly schedule to ensure proper growth, health, and appearance. Bi-weekly options are available depending on lawn condition.
Q: Do you edge and trim with mowing?
A: Yes. Our full-service mowing includes mowing, trimming, edging (where applicable), and blowing off hard surfaces.
Q: What if it rains on my scheduled day?
A: Weather delays happen. If rain affects your scheduled service, we communicate clearly and reschedule as soon as possible.
Q: Do I need to be home during service?
A: No. As long as we have access to the property, you do not need to be present.

Q: Do you remove weeds before mulching?
A: Yes. Beds are cleared and prepped before mulch is installed to ensure a clean and professional finish.
Q: What mulch colors do you offer?
A: We typically recommend black but also offer brown and natural mulch options. Recommendations are available based on your property style.
Q: Do you haul away debris during clean-ups?
A: Yes. We offer full debris removal and haul-away services unless curbside pile service is requested.
🌾 Seeding & Planting
Q: When is the best time to overseed?
A: Fall is typically the best time for overseeding in Ohio, though spring seeding can also be effective depending on conditions.
Q: Do you guarantee grass growth?
A: Grass establishment depends on watering, soil condition, and weather. We provide recommendations to maximize success.
❄ Snow Removal
Q: What snowfall amount triggers service?
A: Trigger depth varies by agreement, but 1.5–2 inches is common for residential contracts.
Q: How do your snow contracts work?
A: We are a per-push company that require clients to lock-in services for the entire winter season in order to secure a position on our limited snow removal route.
Q: Do you provide salting?
A: Yes. Salting can be included with plowing or provided as a standalone service.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept cash, check, and electonic payments but we send digital invoices through Quickbooks that secure online payments.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
